Babonbo Referral Program Terms and Conditions


Introduction This referral program (“Program”) is promoted by Babonbo and provides registered Babonbo users (“Participants”) the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends to become new users of the Babonbo service.


Eligibility To participate, you must be a Babonbo account holder in good standing.


Referral Rewards Participants will receive a €10 GoGift.com gift card for each qualifying referral. New referred customers (“Referees”) will receive a 10% discount on their first rental. Rewards are subject to certain conditions and restrictions as outlined herein.


Qualifying Referral A qualifying referral occurs when:

  • The Referee creates a rental with Participant's referral code and gets accepted by Babonbo's provider with the unique referral code provided by the Participant.

  • The rental is not cancelled and complies with Babonbo’s rental agreement.


Redemption of Rewards

  • Rewards are issued within 30 days after the Referee's qualifying rental.

  • Participants will receive an email with a gift card code redeemable on GoGift.com.

  • Referees will receive their discount automatically applied at their first rental checkout.


Limitations

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other Babonbo promotions.

  • Referral codes assigned to Babonbo Providers are not valid for use in transactions within their own storefront.

  • In instances where Babonbo Providers attempt to utilize their assigned referral codes for transactions within their own store, such actions will not be recognized as qualifying activities under the referral program and will not result in any rewards being credited.


Termination and Changes Babonbo reserves the right to terminate the Program or change the terms at any time without notice.


Liability Babonbo is not responsible for incorrect entry of information, technical malfunctions, or other failures beyond its control.


Privacy Personal information collected will be used to administer the Program and as outlined in Babonbo’s Privacy Policy.


Acceptance By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Babonbo operates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
