Babonbo Gift Card Policies & Guidelines Updated and effective as of : January 1, 2024

The following Gift Card Policies and Guidelines ('Gift Card Policy') detail the terms and agreements applicable to electronic gift cards ('Gift Cards') procured via Babonbo’s web presence, https://www.babonbo.com, and redeemable on the platform and Babonbo's mobile application. Gift Cards are dispensed by Babonbo. This Gift Card Policy separately applies to purchasers and beneficiaries of Gift Cards, setting a contractual relationship between them and Babonbo. By procuring, receiving, or utilizing a Gift Card, you accept this Gift Card Policy. If these Gift Card Policy terms are not agreeable to you, please refrain from procuring, receiving, or employing a Gift Card.All personal data provided regarding the procurement or usage of a Gift Card comes under Babonbo's Privacy Policies, available at https://www.babonbo.com/en/legal/privacy.  By using a Gift Card, you give consent to the gathering, utilization, preservation, and disclosure of your personal data, adhering to our Privacy Policy.1. Acquainting With Your Gift CardThe funds on the Gift Card remain indefinitely, with no dormancy or service fees. All Gift Cards are final purchase and cannot be reimbursed or swapped for money, except as permitted by law. Gift Cards may be freely distributed but cannot be resold, swapped, or transferred for value.Recharging the Gift Card or adding more value post-purchase isn’t possible.We reserve the authority to deactivate or decline to honor any Gift Card that we reasonably perceive to be stolen or fraudulently acquired. We also reserve the right to nullify any rental fully or partly paid for with such a Gift Card.2. Embracing Gift CardsYou can acquire Gift Cards exclusively on our platform and exploit them on both the platform and App. They can be redeemed for rentals up to the declared value of the Gift Card. Note, Gift Cards cannot be employed to purchase other Gift Cards, gratuity, or be applied to previous purchases.3. Mishandled, Damaged, or Stolen CardThe moment we digitally transmit the Gift Card to the email provided by the buyer, the recipient takes the risk of loss and ownership. We do not replace the value of lost, stolen, or unauthorized Gift Cards. If your Card has been duplicated or stolen, contact Babonbo promptly at +39 345 8526948. To file a claim, Babonbo requires necessary details, including evidence of your control over the original email to which the gift card was dispatched and an official statement verifying the Gift Card status.4. Customer AssistanceTo verify your Gift Card balance, send an email to info@babonbo.com or call +39 345 8526948. Ensure to share your gift card code and the original email used for the purchase. Note that the balance details may not include imminent or fresh charges. For any other Gift Card-related questions, Babonbo Customer Service is available to assist you.5. General InformationGift cards are dispatched via email to the recipient address provided by the buyer during checkout. Babonbo is not accountable for any unsuccessful recipient email delivery because of incorrect or outdated email, any filtering (active or passive), or insufficient space in the recipient's email inbox. If an anticipated gift card email hasn’t been received, feel free to contact Babonbo’s Customer Service.All Gift Card orders undergo a fraud check, potentially causing delays. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if we identify discrepancies or suspected fraud. In such cases, we may reach out to you for more details before proceeding with the order.Your procurement, possession, and usage of any Gift Card are subject to the liability limitations, obligations, and dispute-resolution procedures recited in our Terms and Conditions. In instances of conflict between this Gift Card Policy and our Terms and Conditions regarding Gift Card procurement and usage, this Gift Card Policy shall have precedence. Alongside the Terms and Conditions and other relevant terms or policies associated with your usage of the platform, App, or purchases thereof, this Gift Card Policy makes up your entire agreement with Babonbo concerning your procurement, possession, usage, or redemption of any Gift Card.6. Altering the Gift Card Policy.Babonbo reserves the right to revise this Gift Card Policy at its sole discretion. Changes to the Gift Card Policy may be announced by posting the revised version at babonbo.com. Note that this Gift Card Policy may be transferred to a successor of Babonbo without prior intimation to you.
